About Cecilia Yeung Man Wai
Cecilia Yeung is a Hong Kong high jumper who first broke the Hong Kong record in 2016 with a height of 1.81m, establishing herself as the Hong Kong high jump record holder. In the same year, she broke the Hong Kong record twice, including achieving a record-breaking height of 1.83m and winning the championship at the Taiwan International Invitational Tournament. She became the first full-time female high jumper in Hong Kong. In the 2017 Asian Athletics Grand Prix, she won a gold, silver, and bronze medal across three stages. During the third stage, she broke the Hong Kong record three times in a single competition and secured the gold medal with a height of 1.88m. In the same year, she also won silver and bronze medals at the Asian Athletics Championships and the Asian Indoor Games, respectively.
